The Changchun China-Korea City Pavilion has a total building area of approximately 235,000 square meters, spread over two floors with eight exhibition halls. Positioned to serve the greater Jilin region, the three northeastern provinces, and radiating across Northeast Asia, it injects new momentum into the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast. As night falls, the pavilion, viewed from above, resembles a butterfly spreading its wings, with its lights creating a stunning spectacle. The design theme, “From Cocoon to Butterfly, Soaring with Wings,” uses the unique lighting to highlight the distinctive architectural shape, symbolizing Changchun’s readiness for economic takeoff as it leverages the momentum of the “Belt and Road Initiative” as an old industrial base in Northeast China.
